I just got the profession but my bf doesnt seems to be healing when i dance (tried at a camp and a cantina)

Yes, you can heal your own BF. Not sure why it doesn't work for you.

I know it doesn't work in a camp... Can't seem to heal anyones BF in there.

But I know for sure that I can heal my own BF and wounds in a cantina. I have to do it a lot, as there are often no entertainers in Nashal(Talus). It is a pretty small city, afterall.

Yup - that's by design. Forces everybody to come back to town at least sometimes.
