How do you do them?

Take a mission, either from a terminal, the noble NPCs in the theater guild hall, or random NPC spawns (if the NPC is rebel/imperial you'll also be getting faction points). There is a bug where all entertainer missions are labeled as type "dancer", but the long description will mention either music or dance, do that. This will give you a waypoint to a cantina or a hotel. Go inside the building (this part is very important), and then play or dance for 10 minutes. This has to be without stopping, although /changemusic and /changedance will not reset the timer. If you find yourself running out of action before the ten minutes is up, get a buff (food, spice, or from a doctor) to your stats, especially the secondary ones (quickness and stamina).

Grouping, flourishing, xp gain, whatever don't effect the mission completion, only the time spent playing/dancing. Also, if you are grouped, the mission payment will get split among everyone, even if autosplit is turned off.

If there's not a medic around to keep you playing for 10 minutes, go easy on the flourishes. Tat Sunburns help, but they likely cost more than the reward.

Ok if it is important that we go inside why is the waypoint always in front of the building?

and 10 mintues is a long time to dance for the little amount they offer for this mission but I guess it is more reliable that tipping is.

The waypoint is probably outside because it uses the same waypoint creation code as "/find cantina" or "/find hotel". Plus, they probably want to indicate the building itself instead of implying that you have to stand at a particular point.

And yes, the payouts are really miniscule compared to the time spent, especially if you need to take a shuttle to get to the gig location.

what's the story with these missions? Like the reward is usually( at my level) around 150credits,..no matter if the mission is 75m away or 7000m away....like I'm really gonna pick the 7000m one?
Anyways,..it's not that big a deal,.I think the payouts are fine, not like I live off them,.it's nice to have them to 'supplement' my normal playing time anyways,..like found money.
