I'm a new entertainer what is the best way to get music XP and how do i sue macros

If you find out how to sue macros, let us know. I think the majority of entertainers who are doing it for reasons other than a Force Sensitive Character Slot would really love to sue macros. 
(I make that typo all the time, too.)
Try reading the stickified thread at the top of the forum entitled Entertainment for the Aspiring Jedi. Even if that's not your goal, it's got all the info you need.

Macros have their place. They keep me flourishing while I chat with the audiance.

The best way to get xp is to play an instrument or dance.
As for macros, you can put them together quite simply to compose "songs" or dance sequences. It's possible to make them self-calling, but that's covered elsewhere in the forum. However, a simple macro would be something like this:
(start playing a song)
/flourish 8;
/pause 6;
/flourish 8;
/pause 6;
/flourish 3;
/pause 6;
/flourish 3;
/pause 6;
and so on...
The above would play two "bars" of Flourish 8, then two "bars" of Flourish 3. By constructing such macros (and replacing the Flourish numbers with a number between 1 and 8) you can compose some rather nice pieces.
