Thats all... it's a simple idea, but one that should be easy to do.
This would do something to encourage entertainers to leave the congested cities and the large afk groups and start living in and serving in communities where they are desperately needed.
Oh, and I also hope they increase the payout of Entertainer missions.

While I do think there needs to be incentive on live servers to visit and use player cantinas, and I certainly think that the EH xp requirements need to adjusted, this really doesn't quite address the core problem: we need to stop this holocron system asap to stop all these people who don't care about entertainer from afking away the profession.
I do agree with you that some incentive, or mission system, that got real entertainers to travel to other cantinas(especially those in need of an entertainer) is a great idea. But, I don't think increasing the xp in a player cantina is the right way to do it. I fear all that would do is have the holotainers swarm to the player cantinas and just change the situation to player cantinas flooded with afk people and the public cantinas empty. It wouldn't solve the problem, just change its venue

Back when this game was still being planned, you could've had player-posted missions. You could have payed a few entertainers to come to your cantina that way, and then they could have ditched the gig early and had bounty hunters on their tail because of it. O well.
