Dancer/Musician: Performance buffs now add buff amount to current value instead of just setting the maximum value.

There was a bug where if you buffed someone's mind, they would get the buff, but it wouldn't automatically fill up their ham, they had to wait for it to heal. It now properly buffs their mind and fills it.

I think the glitch was really in the Dancer buff, not the Musician buff. Our buff already doubled the Focus and Willpower stats immediately. In fact, those stats don't themselves "regenerate" or "deplete" the way Mind does, so the fix wasn't necessary for us.

Oh sure, blame it on the dancers... just because you want our hawtpants, it's no reason to get snippy!
