I don't think i've ever seen one of these on the forums before, but even if it has, here it is again.
a (hopefully) comprehensive list of commands at the disposal of a dancer. ifthere are others that i haven't listed send them to me in a message, and i'll be sure to add them into the mix.

the format:
command name (command abbreviation): description of command. minimumlevel a command can be used.

/startdance (/startd): used to start your character dancing. a good place to begin for everyone. you can use this command alone, which brings up a menu of the dances that are available to your character,and you select one from thelist, or, youcan extend this command with the dance name (e.g. /startdance popular2) to instantly start dancing a specific dance. this command can be used at any level of dance.
/flourish (/flo): this command is used in conjunction with a number (1-8, e.g. /flo 3) to perform a flourish animation. flourishing is used to gain experience as a dancer. and with some practice, can be strung together to perform some very impressive dances. this command can be used at any level of dance.
/bandflourish (/bandf): this command is used in conjunction with a number (1-8, e.g. /bandf 7) to cause every dancer in a group to perform the same flourish. even if another dancer is performing a different dance they will perform that dances corresponding flourish. this command can be used at any level of dance.
/changedance (/changed): used to change what dance your character is performing without a stop in animation. this command, when used alone, brings up a menu of dances that are available to your character, and you select one from the list, or, you can extend this command with the dance name (e.g. /changedance grapestomp... eeps, footloose i mean) to instantly change what dance your are performing. this command can be used at any level of dance.
/dazzle (/daz): a visual effect command. using this command will perform the effect at your current level. at higher levels you can use this command with a number (1-3) to performthis command with a somewhat different effect. this command can be used by a dancer at Dance Techniques 1
/distract (/dist): a visual effect command. using this command will perform the effect at your current level. at higher levels you can use this command with a number (1-3) to performthis command with a somewhat different effect. this command can be used by a dancer at Dance Techniques 2
/colored lights (/colo): a visual effect command. using this command will perform the effect at your current level. at higher levels you can use this command with a number (1-3) to performthis command with a somewhat different effect. this command can be used by a dancer at Dance Techniques 1
/spotlight(/spot): a visual effect command. using this command will perform the effect at your current level. at higher levels you can use this command with a number (1-3) to performthis command with a somewhat different effect. this command can be used by a dancer at Dance Techniques 1
/smokebomb (/smoke): a visual effect command. using this command will perform the effect at your current level. at higher levels you can use this command with a number (1-3) to performthis command with a somewhat different effect. this command can be used by a dancer at Dance Techniques 3
/setperformance (/setp): used primarily for mind buffing purposes. this command allows your character to mind buff someone without grouping with them. this command can be used by any dancer a Novice Dancer level.
