I'm a bit new to the whole entertainment thing, and no my holo didn't tell me to become a Fizz master, I want to help my friends heal their minds while on the hunt.
Whenin a camp or in a med fac, my hunting buds are saying I am not healing their BF at all, the rest of the mind stats heal just fine.
I am a musician lev 0-1-0-3
Is there something I'm missing? Is this a bug? ...a little help!
Thanks,

You can't heal BF in those locations. Cantina and (maybe) hotel only.

Definitely hotel (I spent a lot of time on Rori), the outpost taverns (combo medcenter/cantina), maybe theaters too.
Oh, and player houses.

BF heal locations:
1. Cantinas - Always
2. Outpost cantina/med center combos - Always
3. Hotels - Always (so far as I know)
4. Player houses and guild halls - Always (as far as I know)
5. Theaters - it depends. The outdoor theater on Vreni Island, yes. The theaters on Rori, no. Supposedly the theaters on Naboo, yes. Not sure about any of the others.
Nowhere else can BF healing be done right now. I personally think the highest level ranger camps should allow it but they do not at this time. Med centers definitely don't.
Get people to go with you to the cantina and heal up BF and mind FIRST, then send them to medical with your doc to heal the rest. A doc friend of mine insists people do it that way when he is treating them because BF makes it harder to heal other stuff.

If I may make a suggestion...I and my friends usually do our healing/buffing from the hotel lobby. You can play just inside the door, a doctor can pull his droid outside and stand on the porch and be in range of your healing, and as long as they're close to the door/archway, everyone else can be buffed and healed by both the doctor and you at the same time.
The reason this is finicky is because action/health wounds can NOT be healed inside an entertainer venue (other than a player structure of any kind, which is the best place to heal and buff up, since you can pull droids if the structure is public and heal all wounds and fatigue). And you can't heal fatigue and wounds without being in the aforementioned structures.
You can do it at the door of a cantina as well, but those are often crowded and it can be hard to communicate. For some reason, Theater Guild Halls (NPC Theaters) don't seem to work right on this; we tried it once and it was a disaster. The threshold of the doorway seemed to actually cut off people being able to get performer buffs outside the doorway. I've never come across an NPC Guild Hall Theater where I couldn't heal BF, but I have to admit I haven't looked too hard. I just operate out of the Hotels.
Oh, and as far as Mind Wounds healing in Med Centers...that's just the Heal Over Time of the med center doing that. You can heal Mind Wounds in scout camps (but NOT fatigue), but you're healing nothing inside a Med Center unless it's a player structure one.
The other thing to consider is that until you actually get to Novice Musician or Dancer, you have no actual skill in Battle Fatigue Healing. Even if you're a twi'lek with the racial mod for it...until you hit Novice Musician or Dancer, you heal Fatigue at a snail's pace. There are no foods or drinks to enhance fatigue healing, no bio-tissues to add to clothing for it. The only way to increase your skill at fatigue healing is to work on an elite performer profession and get clothing attachments.

This is not actuallly true. You can buy the exquisite dancer's leotard pretty cheap from most tailors and the have a +5 mod to healbattle fatigue (dancing). It also has mods to mind enhancement and wound healing. This item can also be bio-engineered up to +25 wound healing (dancing and music), +25 Heal wounds and injuries, +25 Taming Viscious and Wild Creatures, or a lesser bonus to any 2 of those mods (like +17 Music and Dance Wound healing and +17 Heal wounds and injuries).
I recomend that you buy the ExquisiteDancer's Schematic(sells for 25k or get if for free from Jabba themepark), Crystaline Clothing treatment (usually sells for less than 6k apiece on the bazaar), and whatever BE tissues you want used (you will need six identical +13Music and DancingWound Healing tissues to make one +25 leotard) and have a tailor make you 1 to 3 exquisite leotards
