Hi all,

I'm just working my way through Entertainer at the moment, I've nearly completed Dancer and thought I'd start on Musician. I think I've got Musicianship 2 (I can play the Fizz) but my Musicianship experience is really low. Playing solo I get about 3xp a time, that's with flourishes. Playing in a group of about 20 I average about 10xp, sometimes as low as 7xp. Again that's while flourishing with a Fizz, am I doing something wrong here or is that just how slow it is?

I've altered the frequency of my flourishes from between 5 seconds to 20 seconds apart, with no noticeable difference - can anybody offer any suggestions?

Are you doing double-flourishes? Two flourishes back to back? If not, try that - it should increase your xp.

And if you can't sustain double-flourishes, do it every other time ... XP should only drop off a bit on the ticks you do the single flourishes.

5-sec flourishing seems to get the max rate for music XP. 8-sec is nearly as good.
