Whats is the minimum requirement to place a cantina?


I looked for a FAQ and didnt find one.

Either a Master Musician, Master Dancer orI belive a Master Chef.

I am fairly certian that is correct. A character must also be one of these to have a cantina or theater /transferstructure to him/her.
