am i as master entertainer (only) to mind buff people? and for howlong would they have to watch me?

I don't think so, but I'm not sure. I think you have to be either novice dancer or musician, but I could be wrong.

No, you cannot buff unless you are a dancer or a musician. I buff regularly when I dance but never when I use M.E. skills to play the mandoviolin.

the relevant skills are
musical mind enhancement (Musical Technique Tree)
dancing mind enhancement (Dancing Technique Tree)

this are the skills you need, to be able to buff.
the value you have in is the % of the buff.

So... sorry, no buffing for Master Entertainer.
