Ok, I have been gone for a long time, but when I left there was a distinct problem. Basically many people were finding it hard to get apprenticeship points. Some people didn't have a problem but a lot did. Now with so many people changing professions and grinding as fast as possible it seems that it would be easier to get the required points. Of course I could be mistaken on this too

Heh, getting apprentice points was never a problem for an entertainer at the keyboard. I had my apprentice points maxxed long before I acquired master.

For other professions, yeah, I'm sure it helps a lot.

My biggest problem with this now is that so many are willing to train that you really need to be on the ball to get them

I'm slowly going up the ID tree in entertainer... working to get my last few trainings in while doing ID on myself in cantinas... thinking it's time to leave tatooine... any thoughts where is the best place to find non-AFK people who need training?

My dancer is always capped or near-capped in app pts. So I don't need hologrinders for that.

My scout/brawler has no app pts because almost everyone seems to know more than she does. She could use some, I guess, and she is a musician so this might help her. BUT, she is in the RP city of Tirius, and there are no hologrinders (that I have yet met) there. So... heh.

I'd happily take an app pt deficit to get rid of the hologrinders. If this is the "benefit" they give us, my response would be... Thanks, but no thanks.
