This idea just came to me in a late night, half awake haze. Apologies if this is coming from memory of a previous post.

It seems that at some point every Master (Entertainer, Dancer, Musician, etc.) will end up maxing out his or her experience on every tree available. Would it be a good idea for Masters to use this experience to help train up novices? It could be set it up similarly to a buff. The master has to "Mentor" the novice and the novice has to accept the training. Then they decide upon an amount of experience the Mentor can help with and a time commitment associated therewith. It could even use a ratio of training xp to learning xp 10:1 or something like that.

Anyone have any thoughts on this.
