I agree with that. I've seen some people use statues or bookcases to create a secluded area, but that's just annoying that it is even needed.

Naboo and Tat aren't that big. I think they may even be the same model, just different skins. Corellia is the weird one with their large towering one story buildings. If Corellia PA halls followed that style you'd get one hell of a view from the roof.

It annoys me how the bands always play right in the entrance of the cantina. I think it takes away from the genuine feeling if you've got 25 band members crowding the main floor at the cantina. My answer to this? Add stages to the cantinas. You could take out the massive bar in the middle and put up a big elevated stage similar to the Mos Espa... or Entha... hotel. Cut the actual "bar" in about half and put up a big elevated stage with lighting. That way people could actually sit at the tables and not be phasing in and out of 15 dancing wookiees.

Time to get out of the NPC cantinas...the player cantinas have been designed exactly as you request.
The NPC cantinas were designed, I believe, after the Mos Eisley cantina in the film, which is why they look like that. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for them to change them when we have perfectly good player cantinas that have a stage and are laid out well.
Consider it an extra benefit to encourage you to leave those NPC cantinas.

I totally agree with you, I always ignore entertainers standing right in the door or anywhere close to that. I never listen/watch them nor do I tip them. But you know, standing right in the middle between all those tables isn't much better I think. I never see entertainers playing in the entertainer room (middle room on left side in the public cantinas) unfortunately except for myself. Standing between all those tables is not really that much better honestly.

It just amazes me that the back 3/4 of the cantina don't get seen by player's eyes. I agree the player cantinas are much better suited and laid out, but it really jerks you out of the experience when there are 500 people piled up in the front of the bar and no one is using the "stage" provided...
Just a minor quibble, I suppose...

It would help if the NPC cantinas had stages, I agree - mainly to stop my dancer wandering around the cantina (and through the furniture) when performing some of the dances.
