saw a wookie with horns the other day kinda creepy, was wondering if it's possible to give a twi'lek hair, any idea all ?

There was a bug/exploit that allowed giving inter-species hairdos. This bug has since been fixed, and all illegal hairdos were retroactively removed. However, some illegal hairdos have remained.
There is currently no way to give inter-species hairdos.

I really really really wanted to have a wookiee with a mohawk too.
