Use the /ch command to change songs...Why? Its because it wont screw with peoples macros and the songs dont have to stop and start.

It is safer to stop and start. Changeband and startband have been notoriously buggy to where someone will not be playing but will be making sound and animating.

Once in a while it screwes up the song so that the person is "animating" but no sound comes out.

Yep, had this happen to me last week.

Someone changed the music and I ended up with the 'magic music bug' where you get to run around with notes jumping out of you even though you are not playing and the wonderfull inability to start playing again.

Btw if you do get stuck with this, sitting and going prone a few times still works to stop the magic music, but its still anoying.
