I find Tattoine Mos Esley a good spot.

Naboo, Theeds is another popular cantina..lots of people are always there

Theed is great but the lag makes it difficult. I hopped over to Kaadara and found the crowd small but enjoyable and since there isnt many entertainers you tend to be noticed for your talents. So tips are good and exp for skills is moderate.

Coronet City in Corilia seems to be a hot place as well, at least on Eclipse.

Coronet in Corellia is my usual spot, not too much lag but a decent sized crowd. Mos Eisley's is also good, though the mass amount on npc's in the cantina makes it very very lagggy. I heard Bestine was a good place too, though when i visited no one was there and i had 2 guys follow me around begging for a dance because there were never entertainers in the cantina there..very odd. Coronet used to be pretty packed on Corbantis, still is I suppose but Theed is more popular now. Lot of the dancers recently from Coronet left there to come join the Theed cantina. They say its a lot more fun there and people seem nicer. So far as I know, on Corbantis Theed seems like place to be now, only problem is groups tend to be full often so sometimes you have to wait to join.

You could always come visit us in Moenia on Naboo (Tarquinas) you will almost always get an invite to the group there if you are an entertainer and we are always willing to play the lessor songs if you are just starting out. It is also the home of a PA for entertainers. The regualar band that plays there is The Topless Entertainers. We will invite just about anyone to join is in the band (we do not require anyone to go topless. We don't go topless much any more either, since Starfall has been making clothing)

I'll have to check Moenia out Saeelawenea. I started on Naboo, and left early on because I had seen some item of clothing I wanted to buy on the bazaar. Being a n00b I didn't realize that I actually had to go to Corellia to pick it up. Well, I landed in Coronet, Corellia, got my clothes, and ran into a fellow entertainer. She dragged me to the cantina, and I've been there pretty much since.

Last night me and a friend headed to Bestine, Tatooine though because healing xp has been slow in Coronet lately, and that is the only thing I need for master music. They get nice spikes of hxp there, so I shouldn't have to stay too much longer! Yay...

Depends on what you mean by best Cantina,

For the exp grind I go to Theed, Naboo or Coronet, Corellia.

For those in need of an entertainer I go to off beat places like Dearic, Talus, for example.

I invision the best place for me to play is with a regular group in a player created Cantinaor off beat, but much travelled location.

I have really enjoyed playing in the Coronet cantina. There are some great people there and we have a good time. I do have to say that the most fun I have had, was performing with some good friends at Jandor and Micara's wedding. We were able to put aside the grind and just put on a performance. Now that my grind is over, I look forward to performing in other venues with my fellow musicians. I think you will find that the best cantina will be the one where the entertainers are there to entertain and not to earn money and/or exp.

Theed in Naboo (Starsider) rocks every single night; some nights I've seen it forced into two groups because the first is full for hours!

But for tips I go to remote locales; you'd be amazed at how often you can get /tell'd, asking could you come to the cantina and heal someone. In Kaadara at times I've been the only entertainer around for miles!
