If you are a musician I have found by playing at starports while people wait for the shuttle to arrive is a great wya of getting your name out as well as accumulating tips.

Standing near the Bazaar is another good spot.

They don't get healing though. . . right?

No, no healing, but people still think it's fun.

you know, i've only ever gotten one tip while playing at a shuttleport or starport.

True, I don't spend much time there at all, no more than 10 min. at a time. But some of these musicians make it sound like there's oodles of cash at the starport waiting to be thrown into my hands.

This is absolutely true! I decided that my character plays anywhere he can at any time. I pulled out the old Fizzz at the shuttle port the other day and people started tipping me. It was awesome!

Yes... any time I am stood around I tend to sing a song, do a little dance. Amazing the tips you get when you don't expect it. And I agree it is a great way to get your name out there... let them know where you regularly play and let the fans pour in
