Entertainer Archive

I was a novice entertainer because I enjoyed the animations and the socialinteraction, but gave it up to become more specialized in other professions. I miss watching my big wookiee dance. The idle animation when he listionsto music and the ballet dance animation just don't cut it for me.

What would those that dance for a living think if others could dance too? We could not be 'watched', we would not heal anything. We could stick with the basic animations ( I only got up to basic2 anyway before I had to give it up) or even more basic animations ( but that is more work that SOE wants to put in I am sure).

As an aside, non Creature handlers can get pets which can directly help their character or can just be a pet for fun. I am not asking for anything that will help my Character, but I do want something that would help me have more fun. What do you think?

I think that if the entertainer community supported this it would have a better chance.

I got into the entertainer career because i was sick and tired of doing the ballet dance. I think it is a good idea that everyone get a set of dances, maybe ballet, ballroom and hiphop as basic emotes, but only entertainershave access tomore dance types and flourishes. It would deffinatley make the cantina more entertaining and i assume the musicians would love to see the public dancing to thier jams.

I'd been thinking about this. It's especially useful for the non-entertainer types to get involved in player parties.

I wouldn't mind if they gave everyone one of the not-so-choreographed dance steps, like footloose or something, just to shake the booty a bit with the rest of the group and gave dancers a better dance in it's place for that reason.

As long as the non-entertainers fall down a lot, I'm all for it.
