Thread: Get out of the doorway, you are all fire hazards.
I often dance at the Bestine cantina. This cantina doesn't have a stage so like all the other stageless cantinas, everyone forms a big clump of people just inside the main cantina space. The developers obviously set the cantina up to have multiple seating areas and performing areas. I have been told by many people that you don't get good tips back there or over there. Thats because everyone is congested in the middle, if as a profesion we all decide to move to the performing areas the tips that we are getting now wont diminish. It would also create a much more realistic cantina scene, and allow for thepublic to segregate it self by sitting around the performer they want to watch rather than in the cloud of flailing arms and tooting horns. (lol that just gave me a very funny mental image, sadly it wasnt far from my cantina experiences)I dont know about you but I don't think id go to a bar where everyone stands in the corner squished together while 75% of the bar is completely empty. It would also allow me to find people, i cant count the number of times ive wanted to teach a groupmember a skill but cant find them when they are right in front of me, due to theblanket of names overlapping each other.
Artisans setup thier shops as realistic as they can and they are ussually nice, why cant we use our cantina they way its supposed to be?

Lately, I have been dancing off to the side. The middle is just too crowded. Only way I will go to the center is if there are 55 or less people there. I find it easier to see over on the side, and usually you get the patrons who sit at tables watching you. I think I get better tips off on the side than I do if I am in the middle of the crow or right in front of the stairs.
off to the side is much beter than in the middle or at the stairs granted, but Id like to see people perform in the alcoves along the perimeter of the building and the band play in the alcove that looks like its set up for a band. Oh well, i can wish.

Once I'm through with my XP grind Iand hit dancer I'll dance in the hotels.
The tips have GOT to be better. 
Hotels, what a novel idea, i havent even gone into a hotel yet, guess that'll be my plan of action tonight. Thanks for the idea.
