C)Only dance in this house.

D)Owner of the house pays a cut of the gate to those who entertain.

E)Refuse to train other entertainers if they don't participate in the program.

If I have 214 battlefatigure and every cantina around is empty, but I know Diana's House of Entertainers has all the dancers, that is where I am going.
