With the latest changes going into test center, both musicians and dancers get a big increase to the mind buff. Worth it enough that PAs will be seeking out masterdancers and musicians. Some will find existing dancers and musicians.. But many will have members that try to get master through the use of a macro. I think we are going to see a resurge of the number of AFK entertainers in cantinas very soon.

It's a problem that will just keep getting worse unless it is stopped. People who might have had a lot of fun with the class are likely losing interest in it and giving up the skill, or are themselves using a macro and just going AFK because there is nobody else there.

Oh God, can't they stop the AFK macroing first?!? I don't know how much longer I can take it.

Yesterday afternoon, I was hopping around Tatooine, and the towns were dead. No entertainers in the cantinas, andno one around to chat with or heal, if there were. I thought to myself, "maybe I'll hit Anchorhead - they've got that cozy little club, and there're bound to be people around there needing help..."

(I can already see some of you shaking your heads sadly at my naivete )

What do I find in the Anchorhead cantina? Oh, about 15-20 entertainers... most Masters, all AFK. Churning out music and dance like some sort of lobotomized, organic zombie fountains. Truly, I've never seen anything like it. I thought I was going to puke. And now with the Mind buffs...

I've got my wake up call, and I hope you all have gotten yours. Stop AFK macroing today. Kick them out of your groups. Post your feelings to your correspondent on the boards. Ask your customers to /tell you personally if they need you on a far off world. When in a cantina or hotel, register your location. Encourage players to use the Search feature to find us. Don't hassle people for tips. We're a small part of the population, and as such, the Devs are in no hurry to address our concerns...
