About The Event : The cantina crawls are a series of events that are open to everyone from every server. We gather in a particular cantina at a particular time, get all dressed up, and then 'crawl' from location to location and party hard. Although most of the people who attend are entertainers, we welcome folks from all walks of life to an evening of music, merriment, flirting, fashion and fun.
When : Saturday, October 9th. Gathering time is 3pm Eastern (12pm Pacific), we move out around 3:30pm. Latecomers are welcome to join wherever we are (use the channel listed below to contact us).
Where : We're crawling Corellia on the Bria Galaxy. We'll be meeting at the Fifth River Cantina (also known as the Club P) in Four Rivers and moving out from there.
Channel : Once logged into Bria, type /chat join chat.ent. Make sure this channel is visible in your chat window (right click on the tab and select modify). We'll be using this channel to communicate.
Travel Arrangements : If you're joining us from another server and need cash to aid with travel, contact 'Javier' (preferably before the event starts) and I'll take care of it.
What To Wear : There will be no pre-fabricated outfits for this crawl, wear whatever you wish! If you would like a new outfit, you can contact me anytime during this week on Bria before the crawl and I'll be happy to oblige. During the night of the crawl I will have very limited supplies on hand to make clothing, so don't bet on a new outfit on that night.
Staff : Doasa is the producer for this event, so please listen when he talks. He can also answer most of your questions. We will identify choreographers and music directors on the night of the event, these folks will lead the groups. My name is Javier, and I'm responsible for this mess, so if you've got a question that the others cannot answer, bug me.
Video Production : I am not shooting this event. Others are welcome to shoot and cut a video if they wish to.

Wait - count Javy's naughty coining of The Fifth River Cantina as Club P and we've been triple punned! ACK!
I should be there though I might be running a tad late- new employee being left on their own for the first time and all . . . . now - what to wear, what to wear . . . .
