Is anyone else having problems calling aliases from aliases this patch?
i.e. example:
verse1: /sing la la la; /pause 5; /chorus1;
chorus1: /sing la la la ba ddo be bop; /pause 5; /verse2;
verse2: /sing be do be do; /pause 5; /verse3;
Most of our repertoire seems to now be broken. What is really wierd though is that we are all running the same version of SWG (/version) yet some songs call aliases ok for some of us, and the sames songs don't work ok for others.
The other thing we noticed is the alias chat box spam is now limited to the first alias you manually call.
If it does manage to trigger another, it does not spam the chat box.
Having real trouble figuring out the inconsistenices though... any thoughts?

Okay... turns out the client is now REALLY picky about syntax.
The example I used above would work as it has a space after each semi-colon.
Just something to watch out for.

Interesting, I'm not aware of any recent changes to aliases. I'll see if I can dig anything up this evening.

Ok... this is just getting really wierd. Although that resolved the problem in one case for one person, it hasn't resolved the problem for all of us.
It just makes no sense and is annoying when they all worked perfectly before.
SWG Version: 102582.102805
OS Version: winxp Pro version 2002 with service pack 2
Too late for me to think straight so will look at this again tomorrow. Hope you have more luck than I have Tiaga!

I'm having some alias issues now as well. I don't know if they've been corrupted somewhere along the line, or if they now contain conflicts that nullify some of the commands...I need to dig through the one that's not working later this week. :/

The only alias I use currently is to chat on city chat on Chilastra. I haven't had any problems with it at all.
