Hi! Would anyone happen to know if /denyservice is permanent or just for one session of buffing? If it is permanent can you reapply service or is it a done deal forever? I had to use it once on a really rude customer. Does anyone have any stories where they had to use it also?

I have been pushing this issue with the devs lately... no news to report as of yet though. Hopefully we can at least get this touched upon during the non-combat profession revamps...
thanks!

There are many problems with /denyservice:
- The /denyservice list is not saved when you log out.
- You can remove someone from the list by /denyservice them a second time (this would be ok except for the next 2 points).
- There is no confirmation as to whether someone is on the list or not.
- You cannot look at your /denyservice list to see who is or is not on it.
We really need to have a better feature than what is currently in existance. Personally, I would like to see the ignore list act as the /denyservice list.

Boss...could you please, please, please, please, PLEASE see if you can get them to have it work off a person's /addignore list? If I don't like someone enough to ignore them, I have no desire to heal them. Ever.

Here is an idea, but it takes a little more work on your part....
Create a macro, call it Deny, and list everyone that you wish not to heal. Then when someone new comes into that list, add them immediately. Use this macro every time you log on, and (until this command gets fixed) you're good to go.
As long as you remember to add each new perp, and to run the macro once when you log on, you're all set
Example:
Deny
/denyservice JohnDoe1;
/denyservice JohnDoe2;
/denyservice JohnDoe3;
(I don't remember the exact command, but you can look it up easily enough.)
