Hey all,

Chefs are getting completely revamped. One of the things that we will be doing is buffs to skills and there has been some debate about how useful some of these skill mods are.

One of them is this:

Caramelized Pkneb
Type: Skill Mod
Effect: Buffs Healing Effectiveness (Dancing)

I don't have any numbers for you because they are not final yet, but if let's assume it is a +20 (made up number) for 20 minutes. How useful would you consider this buff? Would you buy this food?

I wouldn't. I already heal pretty fast and I'm not a master dancer yet. But if someone wanted to be healed really really quickly and bought some and gave it to me to use to heal him I would. I wouldn't pay money for it.

Instead, I prefer Tatooine Sunburns. I can drink one and non-stop flourish for a nice long time. Things that allow us to dancer harder, longer, are better than a healing skill bonus, IMO.

A buff to musician/dancer mind enhancement skill would be a lot more useful.

Not really, no. We already don't find the healing bio engineered clothes useful.

Now if you could add to our mind enhancement skill (IE buffing) then we're talking. Maybe add to dancer's knowledge to make us fall less.. But healing? Not interested.

I would still buy this food since it would help me to heal someone faster which should help me to keep their attention focussed on me. That is important to me since I have changed my use of entertainer services in mid-song/dance if I felt the entertainer I was observing was not doing enough flourishes or simply healed to slow.
