But I went to the local cantina to get my BF healed, bu the Ents in there said they can't do it any more....is this true and if so who does?

Not sure why the entertainer in question said that.
BF Healing is still function we can do. 
It's the Wound Healing part which was replaced with the Inspiration Buff.
Probabelly just a missunderstanding on his/her part.....
