Hey folks!
This is pretty much my first post in a long while. I've been away for awhile (Damn campus faulty internet connection!), but I kept up on reading the forums. When I heard about the new CU... to tell the truth... I was debating if I should even come back after my eight month vacation.Yet, as we all might know, who was I to resist the call of the game
So, I came back with my Master Musician, and I began to play some in the Cantinas. And you know what? I loved it! Yes, I might not be making as much money as I used too... but I am making more than enough to survive off of. People that I have found within the Cantinas are generous, and each tip I recieve is usually followed by a " I support ATK Entertainers, thank you." That means alot to me.
Yes, Star Wars has changed alot... ALOT... over these last eight months. You all should have saw my face when I tried to shoot up a Wort... I learned my lesson quickly... but the thing I realized over these last couple days is that the atmosphere is still there. People, friends, roleplaying isn't over. SOE might be changing the game, for better or for worse, but the game feels pretty much the same to me. It's still fun.
Now I know I'm ranting (I tend to do that quite a bit, but I just wanted to thank everyone out there who support Entertainers, and I want to thank all those entertainers who are still dancing, prancing, and rocking in the Cantinas. I'm glad I gave Star Wars Galaxies another chance.
