Can image designers change a characters weight?The novelty of having a fat character has worn "thin."

LOL Wolfen. Image designers will be able to modify every aspect of a character's appearance as you can do at creation as far as I know, only they have access to even more hairstyles, etc. Only problem is, I don't think there are any of them yet, and definitely none of them that have a high enough skill level to give you liposuction.
