Add cool effect AND remove the use for them (BF.)
Entertainers use to be a great part of the game... I do hope to see it again... SOON

Torches and sparklers are so cool! It is a shame about the Kloo horn being moved to NoviceMusician though.

I very much like the additions to the Entertainer professions.
However, I both rue and lament the fact that we have half the useful abilities we had two years ago at launch.
The spreading out of enhancement mods will be a great boon for players going through the ranks after the new inspirations are enabled.
The new inspirations are not enabled, and the removal of battle fatigue should not have ever, ever, ever gone live before something to replace it was already implemented. This hysteron proteron would not fly with any other profession system, but for some reason we are expected to endure it with the addition of a few new toys that can only be used by half of our population.
Even on a bad day (since the CU relegated us to relative uselessness as compared to pre-CU), I have never received less than 20k in tips per game session. Today, I was in the cantina for over 3 hours and received a pity tip of 1 credit.
I respect that the developers have some idea that players should go to cantinas because they want to, not because they have to. In an ideal game world, I would want the same. But in a game where money is prized beyond any skill accumulation, money will not come to us as an overall profession unless we are given something to contribute to SWG. Besides a single buff and some of the most wonderful company in an MMO.
It is too late to undo this change, but I do request this: Do not do the same to another profession. Do not remove half of the useful abilities of any profession with no replacement, regardless of how grand the plans for improvement are. Make sure the new system is in place first.
And please give Musicians something to contend with Dancers' props. No one will listen to a single bar of Swing with me despite having a full band, but people will watch a one hour old Entertainer with a glowstick as if it's the most wonderful thing ever. There have been multiple suggestions from the players such as Effects Pedals for instruments, actually giving each instrument a unique sound, or actually giving us all of the songs that are being slowly filtered to us. Each patch seems to have a new weapon or ship part or schematic somewhere. It would be nice to have even a single new instrument since launch.
And as always, I owe the largest and warmest thanks to our correspondents and developers for continuing to work to improve this game we all love. Thank you for everything you do and for trying to improve my game experience.

Too late!
They have already done this to CHs -- all pet specials were removed from the game, as well as any pet defensive uniqueness, the day the CU went live, and bringing it all back in a post-CU fashion is still a "some day" type thing.
I am sure other profs would say they are equally broken. We aren't the only ones who have been hosed by short-sighted devs doing a half-assed job. The whole game is a mess, sadly.

Each day the issues threads are logged and moved out of the public eye so they can keep better track of the issues, then a new thread is started for the day. This is a liink to the In Live forum that has each daily issues thread.

woohoo, props. But can you make the props color-chooseable next time. I want certain colors to use.
