As I said on that thread, I have gotten BF twice now in combat... 3 or 4 BF from fighting dark Force wielders on Dant in the crystal caves, and 1 BF the next day fighting Stormtroopers on Naboo. Each time the BF has gone away when I zoned.

Clearly they didn't really take it "out" of the game, they just set it to "0" for most things and missed a few.

Even ifthere is battle fatigue I do not believe a entertainer could heal it anymore with out the use of skill tapes. Battle fatigue healing is removed from the skills.

I have it at 0/+1 due to a skill tape in some clothing item.

I also gain it but there seems to be a shuttle bot keeping it at 0

I think BF heals itself upon logging in or zoning. Have to look into it more.

I think we all know they took the easy road... they did not remove battle fatigue. They simple had it auto-heal itself every once in a while. Had they removed it, they would have changed the UI among other things. Essentially, as seems too often to be the case with everything entertainer, they took the quicker, easier, more seductive approach to making changes.

the same goes with the old HAM pools pre-CU. Yesterday I meditated and healed some Constitution wounds...lol

I dropped Meditation IV before I could check it, but just thought I'd chime in that sampling radioactives by hand still gives 50 BF per sample pulse. It healed at next login.
