Why is it no one bothers to use the Theatres or Hotels to perform in? these are just as beneficial as a cantina and they have clearly laid out Stages to perform in?

My take on it is that most players (i.e. the audience) have gotten it firmly ingrained that cantinas = entertainers. It'd probably be easier to push for stages in the cantinas than to get an entire player base to relocate..

Yes, people go where they're familiar and cantinas are familiar. It's also a side effect of the fact that entertainers get more XP in a group. Therefore, once again, you go where you know you'll find other entertainers.

It probably helps also that cantinas are located near the bank in most cities where hotels and theaters are generally on the outskirts where they're less accessible.

I tried to /register inthe Vreni IslandHotel last night. Got a message that I couldn't /register in that location. Same in the outdoor amphitheatre (which makes sense, that's not even listed on the planetary map). So that's another herding motion towards the Cantina.

Not that combatants even know to look on the Planetary Map for Cantinas with registered performers. Is there a way to highlight this without spamming all the combat profession and galaxy forum boards? It'd be nice if it could get included in the cycle of generic loading screen tips you see, but I know that would never get implemented.
