how do i make an instrument. i just got music 1 and i don't know how to make a fizz?? thanks

To make instruments you need a crafting tool, I myself have a Droid crafting tool which allows me to make everything from a Slitherhorn to a Nalagorn and even some medical supplies.

For the lower instruments you could buy a basic crafting tool from a bazaar and you need some wood and metal for the instrument.

To start the crafting process you need to open your inventory, use the crafting tool and tell it which schematic to use, then drag the needed resources into the 2 slots and name it properly or leave the default name. After the last crafting window it takes about 30 seconds for the new instrument to appear in your inventory.

thanks but icould not get it to work. i know the basics of crafting. i was using a generic crafting tool and it wasn't giving me the schematic? maybe i was just half asleep so i'll try again in the morning. thanks for your help.

My memory of it is a bit rusty, but I think Music I allows you to play a fizzz, not craft one.

You acquire ability to play an instrument before you acquire the ability to build it. If you want a fizzz you'll need to buy one or wait until you hit Music 2 to make one. You can easily see this by looking at the skill tree in the CTRL-S screen. Just click on a skill box and it shows the certifications and schematics that go with each skill level.

Nalargon and Omni-Box are the only exceptions, mainly because they're at the top of the Music Technique line.
