I spend a lot of time on the tougher planets and one thing Ive
noticed is its nearly impossible to find a Dancer/musician/entertainer
in their cantinas. I do understand why that is so, but was wondering
how willing you guys are to travel to a specific cantina when asked.
Also, how much would you charge?

It would be nice to contact one of you and say, 'hey we are in need of a good dancer on Dathomir, can you meet us at the cantina?' I know the group I hunt with would be more
than willing to pay your travel expenses plus great tips.

If you play on Sunrunner and would be willing to travel send an email to me, Sildas so
i can keep a list of who is. The higher your level, the better!

Also, as a Master Ranger, Im excited that they are going to let entertainers heal BF in
our camps! Be ready for that!

I love seeing posts like this, I wish I played on your server.

Quite honestly, I'd hit any adventure planet providing that I was given enough to cover the cost of a two way ticket.

I think you'd find that most any entertainer would be willing to accept a commission to an adventure planet. It wouldn't take that much either. A round-trip ticket and and a guarantee of ten-thousand credits would probably be enough to get most anyone out there.

If you find yourself sans entertainer and heading back to "civilization" (i.e. Naboo/Corellia/Tatooine), I've seen people have luck chatting with the entertainers they come across in the cantina there. Basically, ask the people playing the standard places if anyone would like to come back to Dathomir/Endor/Dantooine with you (or show up in an hour or two, whenever you think your mind wounds and BF will require healing again). This would work best if you're starting a dedicated hunt session, so the entertainer will know that he/she won't be playing to an empty tavern all day.

Um, whoa. When did that get announced? And how does the camp BF healing compare with a cantina? This idea caused some bad vibes at one point, the entertainers who want to go out in hunting groups really wanted it, while the ones who didn't were worried that now no one would come to the cantinas. I'm assuming this is just the uber-camp (the one with the crafting station)? And any requirements on the entertainer? Will anyone with Novice Ent be able to use it, or is it limited to particular BF heal level?

The ranger boards have been buzzing about it and they are saying SOE likes the idea.
It would only be in the High Tech field bases for sure.

I was in someone's house the other day and watched another player dancing. She healed 113 BF. Is this something new? I thought BF could only be healed in a cantina.

No since the beginning of the game you can heal BF in :

- Cantina

- Hotel

- Theater

- Tavern (where medic can heal too, I like very much tavern)

- Player house / PA hall

You can't heal in camp or outside or medical center. I tried the Nalargon near the spaceport in Naboo but I can't heal BF/mind there

I heard that once player cities come out, we won't be able to heal BF in houses anymore.

well, i have some good entertainer Chars, but none on that server.

Auuuuuugh! I originally wanted to be a gypsy sort of character, healing via medic skills and entertaining in camps I put up on hard planets. Now they're going to implement it, when I've just toasted my Master Scout and Novice Ranger skills? /sits in a corner and bangs her head against the wall to the rhythm of StarWars2

As additional infromation, Merchant Tent working for BF heal / Mind wound heal / Mind Buff as I know...

I did notknow its working right now becouse some patch.

But the tent mood are gypsy style is'nt it?

Re-deed fee is 500cr so you can make mini-cantina forpart time like camp, but you need clear place for build it and some merchant skill or merchant friend if it is work right now.

Our guild medic wanted to try my buff a few days ago while we were chatting in my house, I started to play my Nalargon and the buff and I got healing xp while playing.

So now that player cities are live we can still heal in our house.

As far as I know, there aren't any cities with med centers yet. If they do make this change, they won't make it until there are alternatives to running 7km to the capitol city in order to heal wounds.

I personally have never heard a dev say that such a change was in the works. That doesn't mean that it's not, it just means that it should be treated as rumor until it's actually announced.
