Thread: Cantina owners Decorations?
I decided to take the whole aquarium concept a bit further and do a whole underwater theme for my cantina "The Island Dive".

Points to note:
- Underwater lighting effects (Only active at night for that "Night life" feel)
- Fish and plants placed about for the underwater feel
- Footlamps on the stage - wouldn't want any dancers to fall off
- A speciel deluxe ommni box.. That stool is just painful to sit on.
- And of course ample seating and a bartender.
Interesting theme Tiaga. I'd like to have one of those "deluxe" omni's. 
What do the locals think of it?
I've seen only one player cantina in my area so far. It looked nice but it was a typical nightclub. I suppose it may take a bit before there are a lot of themed clubs showing up.

As to what the locals think of it.. Well, people step in during the day (When the streetlamps are on) and say "Wow this is a nice place". Then when the sun sets (At 11:00 pm? Must be summer on Naboo) and the lights come on, their jaws hit the floor.
The deluxe ommni box I thought of while playing around with my Ommni box in a regular cantina. I was messing around with the fact that you can play it from odd directions. From the side was amusing, but it looked odd without a chair there. So then I put it sideways next to a chair, stood at the chair and started playing. It looked good, except the Ommni box was sideways and there was a stool. Then I realized the stool could go under the chair I was in, so I turned the box and started playing. The rest, as they say, is history. When I was setting things up, I had a local architect make the chair and name it "Deluxe Ommni Box" then had a musician do the same to an Ommni box.
I'll be dropping my cantina in a few days when the city expands, and I'd like to know how streetlamps are placed inside buildings? Can they be placed in ANY buildings?
My theming in the past has been over-powering instruments and speakers. I add all manner of meatlump junk: power cores, broken datalinks, circuitry, you name it, and attach them to my speakers, Ommni Box, Nalargon, and so forth. Sometimes bad things happen, like in this picture.
