I know 90 percent of you out there hate that part the most.
Well, have you mastered both knowledge and techniques? if so...head to the folowing:

PA meeting in your city's cantina and at least one combat medic == a lot of healing xp

lol yea, AH is by far the best. I dont know why but rebels love to get hurt!!
I think it completely depends upon your server. On Scylla, Coronet seems very popular.

On most servers its really the same. Coronet is always popular cause its the "middle" planet. But its not that great for HEALING xp. Thats what we are talking about.
You want a cantina that is NOT filled with entertainers but with paitents, Like AH

The thing that makes Anchorhead so nice is that it's a tavern -- hospital facilities and cantina facilities. Of course, you can't register there (if you have that skill) but it's really the only place to go so you don't have to register to get the benefit. The "real" cantina in AH is always bare.........everyone goes to the Tavern.
I also like that it's kind of small, and gets crowded easily. So much easier for me to entertain when I have an audience! *beam*
