I was playing at a wedding, and the bride was with the band playing her mando. The bride then decided to dance with her husband so she went to do that on teh dance floor while the others of us continued playing. I did /changeband, and the bride, still holding her mandeviol, started playing folk (which I had changed the music to). Realizing this, she unequipped the mandeviol. When she was done dancing, I /changeband the song to sw2, and there's still a lone folk strain in the background. So I stopped the band and folk was still playing. I looked and the bride did not have an instrument equipped, but she had musical notes emanating from her belly, like she had swallowed her folk-playing mando! Weird weird. She equipped her mando, I stopped and startedthe band again, and everything returned to normal.

I haven't had that much fun since I came back from LD and found my avatar attempting to play the cdef pistol like a slitherhorn.

This is a known bug. Anyone who is holding an instrument when you changeband will start playing it but not actually be playing music. In the case of people dancing while holding an instrument, they are still dancing, which is why stopband didn't help. She would have had to stop dancing.

Inside my heart is breaking, my make-up may be flaking
But my smile still stays on
My soul is painted like the wings of butterflies
Fairytales of yesterday will grow but never die
I can fly - my friends

Yep, known bug, but I don't think I've bugged the devs about it recently (so to speak). Sounds like I should.
