In case you hadn't noticed, giving buffing is now a little less confusing to the buffee.
It used to be that when you were watching to or listening to someone in a group, everyone in the group got a "stop watching" or "stop listening" option in the radial menu. This made buffing confusing, because you would tell someone "Okay, now start watching me" and they would see the "stop watching" option and say they already were, when they were really watching someone else in the group.
Now, when you start watching someone, only that person has a "stop watching" option. When you start listening to someone, only that person has a "stop listening" option. Everyone else has a "watch" or "listen" option, and using that will change your watch/listen target to taht person. It should take some of the guess work out of buffing. This also means that if you start listening to a musician, dancers don't get a "stop listening" option when you aren't watching dancers.
I'll have to do some testing to see if anything else is affected by this change.

Alright, I just played around with this some more, and perhaps it wasn't what I thought. Listening to musician is as I remember, it is only watching dancers that you watch individuals. And it still has stop listening on all group members when you're listening to a musician.
Now I'm not even sure if it is changed at all, or if I've just never watched a dancer without also listening to music.
