((No. The buff strength is decided by the dancer/musician techniques tree, not a healing tree.))

The only way to add to your buffing ability, other than working your way up the Techniques tree, is with a clothing attachment for Dancing Mind Enhancement.

Myoflex, the tissue that bio-engineers make that enhances Dance and Music Wound Healing skills, only affects the rate at which you heal Mind, Focus and Willpower wounds. Nothing else. It does not affect your healing of Battle Fatigue. It does not affect your Mind Enhancement skills.
Since most players rack up at least as much Battle Fatigue as they do blue wounds, and only Novice Dancers and Musicians actually have any skill at alleviating BF, it's basically pointless to have bio-enhanced clothing. I still do, of course, but since I used to be a bio-engineer, I could always get a master tailor to make me things out of odds and ends.

The new exotic dress from jabba'sgives +5 to buffing (5% of the target's original stat).
It's only for female dancers though...

I have an Exquisite Dancer's Leotard. It's +5 Dance Mind Enhancement, Wound Healing and Battle Fatigue Healing. I find it typically insultingof the developers that the item is only for dancing females. The least they could have done was make it hotpants, which anyone can wear.
And where's the Musician's equivalent? In something all Musicians can wear?
