Have you ever wanted to grab a group of your ME friends and just run around and act goofy, but without those annoying blue letters floating above your head letting the world know who you are? Wouldn't it be great to be able to run around for 10-15 minutes a day in brightly colored skin suits and composite helmets and fight the forces of evil, wherever they may be?

I propose we give master entertainers the ability for 10 minutes every day to don a pre-made outfit that can only be worn the duration of the ability, gives no protective ability, regardless of any armor or other enhancements on the items used to make it, and changes the persons name above thier head and in /say's to whatever thier "secret identity" is.

This gives you 10 minutes of build up, a few minutes for commercial, then another 10 minutes to finish off the bad guy while nobody knows who you are.

Limit the number of secret identities to 1 or 2 (I'm a fan of 2 cause I want to be Sailor Tatooine too... ).

Probably would take some work on the CS side too so that the person who's identity hidden could still be reported for misdeeds, but thats up to the devs to solve

They have that already. It's called making a toon on one of the other 20 servers.

Thats a super idea. Then I can run around for hours in newbie cloths grinding missions and skills to get to the point where I can actually be able to do something big, instead of having friends on my main server control creatures for me and such. That and anybody that wants to go with me has to waste a good solid 2 weeks of playing time starting out from scratch too. Why didn't I think of this?

Does the blue floaty letters stop me from going around acting goofy? No, but it sure would be fun sometime to be able to put on a disguise, even if only a few minutes a day.

Probably cause you've been spending your time dreaming up ways for you go act like a tool without anybody knowing that you are a tool.

The real question you should ask is why you need to hide your identity to do something? Probably because you know you shouldn't be doing whatever it is you want to do.

At least he has his PA, his server, and his In-Game name up so people know who he is, dear.

This coming from the guy who's first recomendation was to create a character on another server, where my identity would be asured to remain secret, where my idea would at least have the possibility of being caught (accidentaly or on purpose)

As for why you would want to hide your identity? Ever hear of role playing? This is a role playing game. I AM currently hiding my true identity. I want to role play someone who has a secret identity. Its hard to do when everything you do and say has your name associated with it, and your name floats above your head. As an ENTERTAINING professionals, why couldn't we "adjust" our identities temporarily to do plays, or act out a part in an event, etc... I realize that people may use an ability like thisfor neferious means, which is why there would need to be a way for /report to "see thru" the secret identity.

Urge - Kettemoor - no PA. Same info you could find on other posts if you dig deep enough.
