Thread: ok, so how long does it take?

starting from novice entertainer to get all the way up to master entertain, what's the usual amount of time/playing involved to achieve it? While I do ask this on the basis of grinding the profession, it does look like a fun tree master. This is more of a way to commit myself to going Entertainer. Thanks

Master entertainer isn't so bad. A few nights in the cantina will get you the dance skill. A few more nights music. By that time most likely you've gotten the healing skills as well. All that's left is ID, again not so bad in the entertainer tree. The real slow down is if you try to go musician, dancer or image design.
Of course, that is non grinding play time. If you want to grind you can do it in less. You can grind musician on crafting slitherhorns in practice mode. Costs a little money but not too bad if you find a good deal on resources. About 60-70k credits, maybe as little as 30-40k if you find a really good deal. Healing xp you can get from a nice friendly combat medic. Either giving mind disease or healing mind damage.
So between a couple days to a week, depending on how you do it, assuming slightly more than just casual playing.

I have a thread telling you how to get Master as fast as possible. You can do it in the span of two days easily. It's the Dance XP that slows you down.
