Greetings from Mayor ArthurP Coodle:
The citizens of New Hope invite you to visit the fair Metropolis of New Hope, Lok. In the face of many dangers and doomsayers, we have grown to stand strong in these trying times, on a very hostile planet. Rejoice with us!
We are a Rebel city surrounded by mountains and rivers, yet have much flat land to build on. New Hope is a just a quick swoop run from Nyms, but our shuttle operates 24/7. Many visitors come our of curiosity, but return again and again because our mission terminals pay so well. They also appreciate New Hope's style and layout.
Our city buildings have each been decorated to be second-to-none - and our cantina (The Bantha PooDoo Cantina) is often called '...the Best Cantina in the Game' by visitors from across the galaxy. In fact, we have had some visitors question if we were truly a player city! Buildings don't make a city, however, it's our citizens that make New Hope special!
No where else in the galaxy will you find better citizens. From our early days to now, New Hope residences are the most active, friendly and generous around. New Hope Citizens are currently made of two guilds NHA and DeadZ - a GREAT group of rebels who love to laugh, fight, and know what lifes all about. You will almost always find someone to hunt (or raid) with in New Hope - as i said earlier, our Mission Terminals DO pay well.
All I can say, is it's home to us and we love it! If you happen to be in the neighborhood, stop by and visit.
