This would be moot if we had to actually focus on a patron to heal them. Sorta like medics have to actually target someone to heal them? What a concept.
Of course, even that can be macroed around.

I do not like forcing payment for these services. This would nerf my earning potential. I want to leave it to the players to feel what my performance is worth. Because if we base it on healing services, then somebody who puts no effort into being amusing will get the same amount of credits as someone who makes a great effort in being amusing. Indeed, in my opinion, any type of forced payment for healing services will tend to negatively affect players who work hard at being entertaining, and promote merely skill animating with no concern for being entertaining whatsoever. But then again...those who AFK want to transform the profession to make it all about the mechaincs anyways. Its all they have.

I don't know about fellow entertainers, but i feel a change is needed to be made regarding the entertainers way of life. I feel we are being cheated, because i do not enjoy doing the entertainer missions for pityful credits & i have to beg for tips whilst im dancing or playing music. I have recently been thinking of a new idea for entertainers making money and i thought, why not charge people for healing their battle fatigue. Obviously they should have some rules but i was thinking around about these ideas:
- Players automatically pay 1 credit per4 Battle Fatigue healed to the person that is watching them, or if they are grouped, all the people playing music or dancing would get a share of the money. This might not sound like much but after a while if you have a few people coming in, you will get a bit more money than what you would doing those entertainer missions.
- Mind wounds should cost 1 credit per 2 Battle Fatigue healed, and the same rules apply as before.
- This may seem a bit unfair on unskilled players that often get mind wounds and high BF, therefore ifeel they would be losing quite alot of money & also they wouldn't be able to pay for it sometimes as they wouldn't have money due to them not having enough skillsto complete missions orwhatever they need to do to get credits for them to be healed. Therefore there should be a limit so that if you have less that 1000 credits in bank and cash in total, you would be able to be healed for free as it is in the system being run now.
What do you think about this? Please post Sensible Comments - Thanks!

Yes but, we are not getting any money anyway. Nobody ever tips the entertainers, making it differcult for entertainers to get the money to pay trainers for learning new skills. we could sorta way to stop the afk macro'ers like one i've seen in a previous thread. This is if they seem to be repeating the same thing over and over again, a small box appears on the screen, and says "You have been noted for making the same movements over and over again, please type the code in the box below or you will be disconnected in 5 minutes". It would be a good idea if you had to /setperform to gain the credits. Anyway, if this system was implemented, it would be after publish 10, so therefore nobody would want to do dancer, musician & entertainer because its the quest system now instead of hologrinding.
Has anyone got any other interesting ideas.
