ok heres the deal my guild has offered to let me run the cantina in our new city on Dant. I started playing about 2.5 weeks ago and im allready sick of killing stuff and making stuff. Now the way i see it is that i have 1 week to get master musician so i can place the cantina (correct me if im wrong). i would not go afk but i need a macro to grind through musician whist i am building the cantina. i have huge respect for entertainers and hopefully will be one by the end of the week if anybody can help me out. Im clueless :S

even if you could help me by telling me how it all works

There's been a few guides to grinding entertainer professions. The basics of it is join a big group in a big cantina like Theed, or one that sees a lot of traffic like the Dantooine mining outpost.

As a musician, to get the most music xp you have to flourish twice at once. If you're just looking for a macro, this is still important to keep in mind; a macro written by a dancer most likely won't get you the best xp as a musician.

If you finish off healing xp and are just waiting on music xp to finish, you can craft instruments for musician xp. Slitherhorns give 94xp each, and nalargons as much as 300. I'd not recommend doing this unless that's all the xp left that you need - you get musician xp just from normal playing.

On the flip side, if you finish off music knowledge and technique but are lagging in healing, if you join a big group, you can save your action by just dancing basic (Yes, dancing) and not flourishing. You'll shuffle back and forth on your feet and get all the same healing xp as you would playing your Ommni Box.

Inside my heart is breaking, my make-up may be flaking
But my smile still stays on
My soul is painted like the wings of butterflies
Fairytales of yesterday will grow but never die
I can fly - my friends
