Yes thanks for the sticky, whoever was responsible

Okay, I'm going out on a limb and saying December 4th,(sorry Flurry ) GMT is I think about 5 hours off EST, which makes it difficult to put it at 9pm GMT as that's 4pm my time, and even earlier for those on the pacific. We could start things up at like 12am GMT, as I know we have a large European community on Starsider; at the same time, the peak population seems to be about 3 hours after that. So I don't know lol.

Okay, the date is figured out, the location is down to 2 places, the time needs some work

Any thoughts about getting decorations? Not like At-Ats because those have nothing to do with entertainers, but I mean, maybe a big fire or something?

Sha'ri will be there if at all possible. Thank you for supporting the entertainers!

I'm sure a nice brazier can be provided outside the cake guild hall (if that's the chosen location). The hall is a tat guild hall so inside the main room is setup as a small concert venue. The 3 rooms on that level will be setup as themed rooms including a bar in one of them. The other two are to be advised but all 3 will be setup in time for the party. There is also the Drew Drop Inn which is the cities Cantina and is also a good choice as outside is very flat and open ( outside the hall is flat but not as big as the cantina ).

I'll probably visit Mesric and Aurra's tonight, kind of do a pro and con thing

I think I'm just going to set the starting time at 8pm EST. That way as soon as the city is chosen I can post a thread in the galazy forum tonight. That of course is late for the Europeans, so if you guys wanted we could have like a cocktail party for the Europeans, they could enter the raffle, etc, at around 5 or 6 pm EST which 10-11 GMT.

Also, for just the CA, as opposed to any of the other prizes, I'd like you guys to let me know if the person is actually a live entertainer. I'd hate to do this whole thing and end up giving the grand prize to a jedi for his buffbot alt or something.

I think it's best to give a "voucher" to the winners so they can go to the tailor and get the Leotards made in whatever color they like. When I said I'd prefer color choice I meant that if I won the contest (not happening, obviously,since I'm an organizer & not a dancer at all on SS (and I'm also male)) I would prefer to have a choice of colors for the leotard rather than have lots of sockets and hate the color.

Some of us work weekends as well

I have a near carbon copy of Leivi on StarSider minus all the XP and skills of course. Still I'm always up for parties when I can make them. Blasted retail.

I might also add that raffling off the skill tapeas oppossed to selling itis a WONDERFUL gesture you are making to live Ents. *hugs*

Naturally you are all welcome to start the party early. I'm sure CAKE will be partying from probably 2-3 hours before the official time as we have 2 Europeans in our ranks . If you need any tailoring help or cash you can contact Myself or Aluriel as well as Keck.
