Sure. Put in two Novice Entertainer class entertaining NPCs into all NPC cantinas. In one of the alcoves. (Back room for the adventure planet taverns.)One does the Basic dance loop with no flourishes, one plays StarWars1 on the Slitherhorn, again with no flourishes. And make them like all other NPCs...when a PC comes in and starts performing, they stop what they're doing and clap.
That would take care of the combatant whine "But I can't find anyone to heal my fatigue anywhere but Coronet and Theed!" Having the NPCs react like other NPCs and watch/listen PC performers, thereby stopping the NPC performance, would make it so that PC performers would get the business of patrons coming in.
And if everyone knew that every NPC cantina had NPC entertainers, maybe Coronet and Theed wouldn't be the travesty they are now. It might actually spread PC performers out a little.

How about we have NPC docs in the med centers?
Can we have NPC Image designers too?
Too many empty vendors! Let's have NPC Vendors that are always stocked with a selection of all craftable items. (Oh, and resources too!)
I'd like to see NPC slicers too - much easier than finding a player.
In fact, let's do away with that whole troublesome 'class interdependency' idea along with the player economy, and just make this a first-person shooter where everyone can 'solo' and no one has to be bothered wirh socializing.
Yeah, I'm just loving this game more and more every day.....
