Hmm, so it doesn't actually heal wounds? It distributes wounds across all people in the group? Interesting.
The way it stands now, it basically is a way for Doctors to heal Mind wounds. You need to use the Squad Leader to move the Mind wounds to Health and Action. That's a different approach than I visualized.
I can see the distribution of wounds as being a neat SL perk. I'd prefer to have the Health wounds stay in Health, Action wounds stay in Action, and Mind wounds stay in Mind. But that's a comment for the SL board (anyone here read that and can post it?).
I don't mind distributing wounds so that one poor sap with 700 Mind wounds shares his pain with the rest of the group, but I do disagree with having a zero-sum equation. But maybe it has some HAM cost. I don't know this ability.
Using this ability in town does defeat the whole "in the field" thing. If wounds were distributed across the corresponding HAM bars, then I'd see no problem with this. As it is now (according to what I've read), it can be used for doctors to circumvent entertainers.
Does the reverse hold true? Can a Squad Leader call people together in a cantina and keep distributing physical wounds while they all watch a Master Dancer and listen to a Master Musician? That would be unfair to Medics.

Another solution to this problem suggested on the SL forums is that the BoostMorale ability balance DAMAGE not wounds...
