I think it obvious what we have here. It is a buffbot who is terrified about the prospect loosing his buffbot.

The first line is a standard "opening line" for a show that moves from town to town, such as a concert.
The second line is some worth similar to what a doctor use, there by applying that we will have "greedy" musician/dancers buffing for "outrageous" fees. The purpose of the line, to get the buffbot users upset about the fact that they now have to pay.
The third line tell the now angry buffbot users that they can blame SOE for the situation, this is mend to get them to speak out against the anti afk measures.

The entire post is a rather pity attempt to increase resistant to the announced changes.
