He also came to see us on TC on the night of the patch. Which is like, huge. They almost never do that.

A lot of us have been defining ourselves as a healing profession for a long time now. We can finally attempt to move beyond that into a playstyle of our own. Inspirations are the same regardless of skill, aside from the speed gained by higher levels of Entertainer, Musician, and Dancer. However, the new inspirations should be coming soon and will give even more benefits to the PerformanceElites. They are in development right now. Hopefully after the new inspirations are introduced, the skilltree reshuffles will be more palatable. I'd wanted a different setup than what they ultimately went with, but this is what got chosen.
I know its not much comfort, and you've heard it a hundred times before, but these forums are actively monitored by Devs, as the Inspiration idea thread in the Dance forums indicates.
So this question is best answered by something TH said a long time ago. (though on a different subject)
As seen here and the enclosed link, "soon" does not always mean something happens as planned, as players would like it, or at all.
Semantics, but once again: My issue is not that Battle Fatigue is being removed. It is not that I think we will not have a place in the SWG economy other than the thrill of performances.
My issue is that we have not had the level of communication I think is warranted for a full-scale revamp of four professions, and that it is in fact NOT a revamp. It is a removal of 2/3 of our gameplay-enhancing skills with an I-O-U that has no date on it.
I, of course, can understand from the developers' point of view why releasing a date on something in the stages of development like this is not a good idea. That does not mean it makes me happy as a paying consumer, though.
You and the other Correspondents are doing a a miraculous and well-organized job of giving us everything you can, getting all the feedback you can, and I'm sure passing it along as well. I have never doubted that the Entertainers have the most dedicated, fun-loving, and wonderful Correspondents in the game.
I just find my confidence faltering largely when it comes to the developers' plans for the profession I love. And that is mostly due to their lack of initiative in giving us the same Focus Threads, Developer Feedback, and Q&A that other professions have enjoyed.
I know I've brought it up before, but is there any word why the ten songs Julio Torres mentioned to Wired.com aren't in-game yet if they're done? It would REALLY be a boon to our professions. Especially since Musicians have nothing to match Props at the moment.
