Thread: Publish 20 Going up on TC & TC-Bloodfin!
I expect information on what compensates us for the loss of Battle Fatigue, because I don't see anything close to compensation for losing such a crucial skill to Entertainers, not mention a large draw for cantinas.
I see:
A new song
A new dance
Some particle effects (which likely do nothing, as their predecessors didn't)
Some Dancer props, but absolutely nothing for Musicians
Get a Dev in here now to explain why we're getting this gutted from us, without anything adequately compensating us.
I want information, and I want it ASAP, Lilo. No joke.
Why are they taking the Fizz away from us?
Why are most of the new props broken...folks become invisible using them and such?
Why aren't we getting any compensation for the loss of power? Without BF we won't get any customers.........inspiration is just not a good enough draw. ( If it was increased to 20% for the short term to fill in til we get the rest...assuming the devs ever get to it......that might help us some )
The particle effect props are bugged, but the Devs are aware of the problem and are working to correct it.
The Devs are aware of the need to get new Inspirations up and running ASAP.
Well good thing I am almost finished with my new song quest. Have to see how it goes when it hits live, if it is that bad, I may end up dropping my alt. Too bad because I acually started to enjoy dancing, the music xp is still slow for me, but the dancing is cool, meet some interesting people in the cantinas. Now I don't see that many will ever show up.
In reguards to buffs, Alot will use them, but I don't feel that many will. but the nice thing is, with this we will get rid of the AFK spambots in the cantinas, not that anyone but the entertainers will know this.

I'm with ya on this one Warryyr but if I'm not mistaken it's already been expressed that the BF removal is a "now" thing and the replacement enhancements are a "later" thing. I hope I'm wrong but I have that "the light is an oncoming train" sensation. I've essentially resigned myself to the fact that we're going to have some seriously dark days ahead of us while we wait for the replacement. Those who are entertainers just to be entertainers may even have a tough time of it without an audience...
I hope that "now" and "later" thing just doesn't turn out like the whole "oh, we are preparing CH for the Combat Rebalance 'now'. The combat rebalance will happen 'later' (after, oh, a year and a half or so...)"

The Fizzz has not been removed, it has simply been relocated from the Music line to the Crafting line along with its certification.
It's called Entertainer xp and is earned when performing either dance or music, see Aleyo's post in the Musician forum for details on earning it.

What kind of XP is used to fill the crafting line of Ent?
Thanks

You can find the patch notes (along with some neat .gifs) here!
When you're testing, remember to /bug any problems in-game and also post them here in Tiggs's bug thread.
Check it out and let everyone know what you think.

I am a little upset. The last entertainer I have made only picked up the knowledge line due to a limit on SP. On test I see they removed the battel fatigue line and replaced it with what I allready could do in the Knowledge line. Basicly I have to drop musician now or another profession.
I am looking at theadvantages ofpicking up the New (old battle fatugue) line to play the instruments that I allready can play on live and I do not see any. I really am upset the only thing this patch has done is lower my usefulness and remove instruments that I could allready use.
I know many are very excited over props, but that is for dancers and has no know use, Except a cantina full of more lights and flash's. I need to make a decision shortly, and I really hate to leave the entertainer profession but I also have to be pratical. I will keep Master Image Designer that seems to be the only true profession left in the Entertainer fields, and it even has a slightly reduced SP with little time and effort to master.
