Kettemoor Cantina Crawl
About The Event: The cantina crawls are a series of events that are open to everyone from every server. We gather in a particular cantina at a particular time, get all dressed up, and then 'crawl' from location to location and party hard. Although most of the people who attend are entertainers, we welcome folks from all walks of life to an evening of music, merriment, flirting, fashion and fun.
Any entertainer of any level is welcome to come.
When: Saturday, April 23rd. Gathering time is 4pm Eastern (1pm Pacific), we move out around 4:30pm. Latecomers are welcome to join wherever we are (use the channel listed below to contact us). Please have patience with us at the beginning of the event, it can take some time to get everything in place before we go a-crawlin.
Where: We're crawling Naboo on the Kettemoor Galaxy. We'll be meeting at the Green Room Cantina in Temenos and moving out from there. There are two cantinas in that town, be sure you go to the right one, the one closest to City Hall.
Channel: Once logged into Kettemoor, join the ENT chat channel. The command /chat join is broken so you will have to do this the long way unless someone knows a quicker way. Right click on the tab and select modify, and then choose Join Channel. Look for Kettemoor and then the sub heading of Chat. Under that, scroll down the alphabetical list to find ENT. Make sure this channel is visible in your chat window as we'll be using this channel to communicate.
Travel Arrangements: If you will need cash to aid with travel, contact Dathora or Derianadai (preferably before the event starts) and I'll take care of it.
What to Wear: No pre-set outfits, just a color scheme that you are asked to adhere to: Green and White. You can contact me anytime on Kettemoor before the crawl and I'll be happy to give you the names of some good tailors, if you need help with funds, let me know. During the night of the crawl I will try to have some pre-made outfits on hand, but don't bet on a new outfit on that night, I could run out quickly. If you want clothing made, show up a few days prior!
Primary Contact: I’ll be on as Dathora for the event. If I miss a tell, just keep sending it or try sending a tell to the other staff members. I can be reached in game as Dathora and Derianadai, here on these forums as Cendatinea, on SWCity.com as Deri and also via email at [email protected].
Prepare Early: If you're joining us from another server, please make your character on Kettemoor during the days prior to the event so you can start working on entertainer skills, get to know some of the other people that will be at the event, and avoid the last minute character setting up rush. If you'd rather make your character the day of the event, that's ok too. Either way, contact Dathora or Derianadai and I'll help take care of travel, clothing, food, and instrument needs.
Staff: Ern is the producer for this event, so please listen when he talks. He can also answer most of your questions. We will identify choreographers and music directors on the night of the event, these folks will lead the groups. My name is Dathora, and I'm responsible for this mess, so if you've got a question that the others cannot answer, bug me. If you're interested in helping, contact me or post here!
Video Production: Look your best because the cameras will be rolling, and this event will be captured into a video. This video will be put to music and distributed via the web. By coming to this event, you are giving us permission to capture your character on video to use as we see fit. You implicitly choose to indemnify us in the event that this results in your getting famous and having your clothing torn off by rabid hungry fans everywhere you go.
Any questions, comments, insults, secret desires and steamy mistells can be sent to me via tell or email in-game.

For those coming to the crawl, there is a list of master crafters on the Kettemoor boards that should help with finding your way around Kettemoor when you first get here.
On our server, the predominant grinding place is actually Theed, Naboo. Coronet is kinda dead...long story...you don't wanna know, trust me.
Also, if you are grinding on Kett, please tune into our /ent channel and introduce yourself. A lot of the people in that channel will be the same ones at the crawl and are a valuable resource for finding stuff in our galaxy. They're an awesome bunch of people...and a little crazy.
Just a note of warning for grinders: we've been having an issue with a CM that is not very nice. You can read more hereif you like.
